I have an MBA in Human Resources and MIS (Management Information Systems), BA in psychology. I suggest Monster.com. I work in Human Resources and when I was searching for employment, I got the best response from the companies posted on Monster. Not to mention, I had no HR experience.
My colleague had about 5 years of experience and has her undergraduate in Psychology.
I may also suggest using some of the local temp agencies. A lot of HR positions are contract to hire, temp to hire etc. I think with your education and experience, you can find something soon.

Find a headhunter who specializes in placing MBAs.

Given your credentials you might want to try a headhunter. That being said, being able to be a stay at home mother is a tremendous blessing, especially during the early years. If I was in your situation I would try to stay at home with the ninos, if it was financially feasible.
