I know that they try but, the rats the size of cats are a problem and the fact that some of the beaches get closed every summer because they aren’t “safe” what’s up with that? Chicago is a fun city I have lived here 30+ yrs.

encouraging public transit & lessening the number of cars
cleaning the river (altho that has improved over the decades)
