What foods are unique to Florida or South Florida?

Minnesota has ludefisk, Philly has cheesesteaks, etc. I live here in South Florida, and the only thing that comes to mind is Cuban food, but that’s not really unique to Florida. Also, alligator is common in other Gulf states like Louisiana. Nothing is coming to mind, but I know there must be unique Florida / South Florida cuisine.
