look on google.com for or yellowpages.com for a contact for All State’s and ask them.

Get a hold of Texas’s Department of Insurance, they may be able to help you out.

phone book…internet… not hard
go to any search box type in All State ins. in Dallas,tx. or just All state and look at the site it should say something about locations…
