    google greyhound chicago.

It was on Randolph street last I looked. If you see and address that has a number on Randolph that is in the 100-500 range then it’s in the downtown chicago loop area. From the airport you want a shuttle to downtown hotels and ask which one is nearest the greyhound location.
The location is near State street and Randolph which is in the LOOP area.

It has moved from Lake & Randolph to West Harrison St and just south of the Eisenhower Expressway and is on the corner of Harrison and Jefferson. local bus service is available one block east on Clinton Street.

As far as O’Hare, go to the subway about 2 blocks from the terminal, the line directly into O’Hare leaves from there. I made that trip not too long ago, the subway station is almost exactly between the Greyhound Station and Union Station (Amtrak)
